Who we are?

Solid Minerals Machinery and Equipment Development Institute SOMMEDI, Nasarawa, is the youngest of the Ten Institutes established by the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructures, NASENI. The Institute was set up through collaboration between NASENI and Nasarawa State Government.

We welcome students from tertiary institutions on a masters and PhD programs in our institution for a period of two years with approval from the MD
